I’m planning a Project draft for my students that  we may carry out when we turn back to school .The name of our Project will be ‘LET’S DO SOMETHING BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE’ We have already had an ‘ENVIRONMENT TEAM’ at our school to follow the recycling activities.I’m a high school teacher and the age range  is 14-17 so the students may take active role in our Project.I’m planning to start by giving a short lecture with a group of students who are volunteered forthe presentation.We will give some information about what sustainability is,the eco-system and how our footprints affect the system.And regulary these lectures may go on but in these lectures there should be an atmosphere of exchanging and sharing opinions(Ask and Answer)After that we will create a weekly online magazine to give permanent information about the subject of the week.For example one week water pollution,one week air pollution ,toxic waste etc. and publish it at the Website of our school and the pages of the school on social media.I’m very fond of reusing activities we can a choose recycleable material for each month together with the team and create  reusable materials for our school.For example We can make kites together by using paper,plastic,lots of things you know that at schools there are lots of reusable materials(Maybe we make a very huge kite 😊)and write slogans about the environmental challenges and other things and we may display them with an exhibition.The aim here is to take attention of all the students at school for the environmental subjects and create awareness.We may prepare a questionaire when we first begin the project to the whole school to see how much students,teachers all school staffs know these environmental issues.And we may apply the same questionaire at the end of the semester to see how their knowledge is improving.We can improve the steps together with my students.This is ony a planning draft. 😊
