After this, we looked at movement within formation. Individually we created a short 8 counts all to do with arm movements above the head and then following this got into pairs to combine our arm movements making around a 16 count piece. We started by getting into the formation and individually coming into the middle performing our arm movements to be able to carry on running following teaches instructions.
