We will be making an outfit. Delaney is going to be making a shirt and I will be making a skirt. It would be great if one of us can wear this outfit. I  have tried to do something similar but it didn't go how I wanted it to. I am hoping since we have a lot of time and planning that it will work out better. WEEK 1: Week one is just going to be starting a padlet, we are also going to plan what we are going to do (make an outfit), along with finding or sketching pictures of what we are going to make.

WEEK 2 & 3: On week 2 and 3 we are just going to be learning how to sew on a sewing machine and just watch videos on tips and tricks to that.

WEEK 4: Week 4 will be an important week,  we are going to go out and buy fabrics and tools that we need to use to make our outfit. We already have a sewing machine we will be using so we need to but everything else. 

WEEK 5 & 6: On week 5 and 6 we will   be making the outfit. We knew it would take a long time so we gave our self's 2 weeks to put it together. On the 6th week we will have an outfit.

Slide the threaded bobbin into the bobbin holder.

Close the cover.

Drop your needle by turning the handle (be sure you flipped the switch back after threading the bobbin). ...

Pull the bobbin thread through and you are ready to sew.

Is what I mean by this is I have never done anything challenging in this way. It is something that I am taking on out of my comfort zone. I am experiencing more than I have. I have made a belt but I have never made anything more than just a belt and now I am going to be making a whole outfit (a skirt and shirt). I usually do things out of my comfort zone with sports but I have never done anything similar to making an outfit. I am super excited to take on this challenge and see what I can do and make of it. To be honest  I really don't go out of my comfort zone much and I would like to more and this definitely gives me a good start, it is good little hobby to try and see if I like it. It will also be fun shopping for this stuff and just seeing how this roller coaster takes me. I have been learning more and more about making an outfit and hopefully that will help me with this outfit. I had so many fabrics to choose from so I  could get the perfect one! After I found the fabric I wanted, I went to the fabric table where they cut and measured my fabric.
