The original logo was designed on photoshop, created from pixels, which was a good way to create precise looking shapes, with sharper edges, however when you enlarge the image, it becomes less clear as the pixels are larger. In our class, Josh Lighten showed me how I could use illustrator, a software platform that I am not familiar with, and turn the photoshop document into a vector, an image that is created with maths, so that you can make it bigger or smaller as much as you want without it distorting the image.
