Nowadays, we are suffering the consequences of a virus originated in China, and it has killed over 40.000 people in the world.

Two weeks ago, WHO (World Health Organization) has declared Covid-19 a global pandemic, so all the countries/citizens have to face up this virus.

To achieve the impact of the coronavirus, we must move away from people, because we don't know if we carry the virus. Every day that goes by without following the instructions that WHO have said, the number of people infected by covid-19 will be increasing exponentially

Today I found the folder that August upload to Drive with all the homework that we have to do, so I'm a bit stressed because I have a backlog of almost three weeks. At the same time, the teachers of my school are giving me a lot of homework day by day, and I have to combine High School and EOI.

Also I feel isolated and sad due to coronavirus and I hope that it will finish soon.

Today I decided to do some physical exercise inside my home, because I want to still in great shape. Also at 10 am, my language teacher call me and all my classmates to attend to his class. Honestly, it has been the least exciting thing I've done today.

In the evening, I have done chemistry homework, and after that I have studied for an online exam that I will do tomorrow, but I think I will do a cheat sheet with all the subject matter because the teacher won't be able to see me during the exam.

To sum up, I feel better than yesterday, but I still worried about High School.

In my opinion, Boris Johnson wasn't concerned about how coronavirus could affect to UK, and now he has crapped his pants.

It's important to remind that UK has one of the worst health service of Europe. So, if a lot of people is infected by coronavirus, all the hospitals will collapse faster than Spain, and many citizens will die.

At the same time, i think Boris Johnson is an asshole, and he isn't prepared enough to run UK.

Please don’t be mad at me

The reason why I have been out from padlet is that my computer keyboard got broken three weeks ago, and now I have to do all the homework with my ipad. It means that it takes me more time to finish the assigments of Batxillerat.
Whatever, I know it isn't a excuse, so I promise to be more thoughtful with the duties of EOI because I want to get my certificate.

Today I woke up early to do a little sport before the chemistry online class. Also I'm committed to eat healthy because I don't want to be overweight when the confinement finish.

After that, my english teacher has made me and all my classmates a test from PAU, and I recognize it was very easy.

Furthermore, I would like to celebrate Saint George's day with my girlfriend.
But I have purchase a rose in internet, and this morning the shop has given it to her, and she was very surprised because she wasn't expecting that.

Today my english teacher has made me do a covering letter.

Today I've been sleeping all the day because I was very tired due to all the exams I've done during the week. Fortunately, I got good marks, and that's so important for me because this is the last trimester.

Also I'm quite excited because tomorrow I'll be able to pratice sport throughout the town so I'm going to wake up at seven o'clock and I'll pick up my bike.
At night I'm going to run at least 45 minutes to take the stress out.

‘Should cars be banned from all city centres?’

In the days we live in, people have polluted the atmosphere and depleted the ozone layer due to the greenhouse gases we emit. One of the things that has contributed to the exhaust emissions are cars, and some countries pretend to ban those cars from all city centres, what I personally think it’s a good way to reduce pollution.

It is true that most people need to take the car to go to work, but the fact is that we should use public transport instead of our private transport, because if we only use one vehicle to move twenty people, we are going to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions.a lot

Another important point is that if we want to live healthy, we must breathe clean air. If our lungs only breathe polluted air, we’ll have more chances to develop respiratory diseases in the future, so a good way to improve the air quality is banning cars from towns.

Taking everything into account, cars should be banned from all city centres because we must use public transport, and also it’s a great way to start improving our air quality.

Spain's path out of Covid lockdown complicated by polarised politics

In the entire history of Europe, Spain has been the black sheep of the continent. As always, we have got a lot of problems due to our political system, and this is already causing an issue to deal with coronavirus.

First of all, every politician should stop trying to blame themselves for having diferent opinions, and they must find a middle ground to combat Covid-19. What I mean to say is that this situation would not improve if politicians don't reach an agreement.

Futhermore, they are looking for their selfish interests. A clear example is that every political party is attacking PSOE and Podemos, instead of wasting the time searching a way to fight the current crisis.

To sum up, Spain politicians still demostrating that they are all idiots, and they are not enough qualified to solve this

Opinion essay

It is not uncommon nowadays to see people who think they'll be happier if they work fewer hours and have more free time because they’ll socialise more and they can do without piles of consumer goods that they have no need for; but this is not entirely accurate.

In the first place, you might be happy with the job you have because you should find a job that fits into your life. It’s true that sometimes you don’t have the opportunity to choose between different jobs, but if you can do it, the job isn’t a excuse to be unhappier.

At the same time, people with normal jobs can socialize sufficient to be happy, because if your boss respect the human rights, you will be able to have enough time for yourself.

Taking everything into account, job is not problem to have a fulfilling life because it can give you happiness and it doesn’t steal all your free time.

Racism (opinion essay)

Racism has existed throughout human history. Everyday racialized people have to withstand the discrimination of people who have never had problems with the current society.
Two weeks ago George Floyd was brutally killed by a racist police, and it has set off demonstrations around the world to finish up the racism, what I personally think it's a good way to end this problem.

First of all, black people have endured a lot of bad behaviours from close-minded people who believe they have the right to be superior because of past events. And after having protested peacefully for a long time to solve this social problem and having changed nothing, the only way that we have found to be heard, is to take the streets to protest against racism.

In addition, police must protect all citizens but there's still black people suffering of police abuses. For instance George Floyd was killed by a policeman for being black skin and it is not the only case, especially in America.
Futhermore it's inexcusable that people who have to combat for freedom are then abused by a repressive state.

To sum up, I think we should have the obligation to fight against racism if we want to live in a world without any kind of discriminations, so all of us have to contribute to improve the customs of our society.
