Why students in public schools do not learn English in the same way as in private institutions? "Teachers and Students performaces"

* Are the teachers of public school not get involved in new methodology and techniques application?

* Are taken in mind the material or resources of students in public school in the same way than private school?

In this exploratoty action were taken into account public school in Saenz Peña, Chaco, which is sited in a vulnerable sector of the city and on te other hand a private institution which is bilingual, in fact.
I compare both of them in terms of intitutional issues and resourses, as well as clasroom management or classroom performances between teachers and students.

The importance of learning the basic competences of the English language is self-explanatory: practically everyone uses the English language to communicate, not only in the field of business, but in whatever activity there is, be it cultural, commercial or social recreation.

The basic command of English in a globalized world is a preponderant factor to be able to access a minimally decent standard of living.

Making choices on methods and instruments

The motivation for language is crussial for the sucssesful learning and teaching process. Language must be present in the classroom all the time, speaking, writing or whatever it takes.

* Sometimes teacher need more than only 3 hours by course so the teaching learning process or the knowledge must be meaningful and concise.

It is not only a matter of asking task and give fill in the gap activities in classroom time. We have to empathize with the whole class and think what they are felling, think, what they want.

In our province there are children who receive the treatment of first-class citizens because, thanks to their parents' income, they have access to the teaching of English in private institutes or in private schools, either under the modality of one more subject or intensively, with double schooling. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there are children who, due to their modest social situation, do not enjoy the possibility of learning English to the necessary extent in the public schools they attend.

By doing this action research I find teaching trainning even more important because the teacher´s role is not focused in what is the better way or tecnique to the successful learning.
It is also important to motivation from the institution and from families. Students need more creative class and motivated clasroom enviroment. It is not should be a matter of "private or state school" but inner proposal.
