A person must pick the best choices they can. They need to make sure that they are compatible with each other. They need to make sure being in the relationship will hurt them. They should be able to communicate. They need to be able to help each other when they are hurt and when they are struggling. Honesty is a main key. If you lie to people in or out of your relationship, it could cause your life to collapse. It could cause broken relationships and people will seem betrayed. At the same time, people need to make sure they can forgive. No one likes someone who is grumpy all the time. “Do not drag issues unnecessarily” (page 6). Lastly, people in a relationship need to make sure that people give enough time to each other. “Individuals in love must spend adequate time to know each other better” (page 6). They was one of my friends she got to know about through me. Though she had never met her before, she adored her. She really wanted to be her friend. When I finally got them to talk, they instantly clicked. They were so common. But then my new friends started to hang out with other people, and would come to the other friend only when she wanted a favor. I talked to her, and she realized she was not giving much time in her friendship. After that, that started to hangout again a lot.
