         <description><![CDATA[<p>One strategy I plan to use consistently is setting boundaries with my time and emotional energy. I will schedule regular moments to disconnect from work and focus on personal joys like walking, reading, and spending time with my family. Another important strategy for me is engaging in spiritual practices like prayer and bible studies, which help center me and strengthen me when facing heavy situations. These strategies will be a priority for me this term and beyond to ensure I stay grounded and healthy.</p>]]></description>
