Only 16% of staff believed that have been bullied. And adults tend to say it's just a part of growing up. Not only that, only 75% of bullied students while 71% of teachers said they got involved. Many parents today don't even know that their kid is getting bullied. Emily-Anne Rigal says to “Talk to someone-on-one.” Maybe this is because the parents don´t ask about their kids day or are not involved in their life´s. This shows the help they don´t get with adults.

58% of kids have not told their parents about an online bullying incident. 21% have received mean or threatening email or other massages. 8% report receiving a threatening cell phone call or a phone text.

Some of the causes of bullying are not being good enough, not meeting someone's standards, or even kids just want to be mean because they have their own problems at home. For example let's say Sear is having problems at home with her mom and dad, and she acted out at school. The way she acted out at school though way acting out by bullying Margo. These are some of the causes of bullying.

Some of the effects of bullying are suicidal thoughts, killing and cutting themselves, and self insecurity. For example when Sera bullies Margo, it gets so bad that she has thoughts of killing herself. And cuts herself everyday because she just doesn't want to live anymore because she has self insecurity. Emily-Anne Rigal, also said “When you are cyberbullied it feels like you can´t get away.” This is some of the effects followed by the causes of bullying.

In conclusion, this is my understanding on how people don't get the help they need from an adult. “I say motovatid my that the massage WeStopHate promotes.” Emily-Anne Rigal says. And the cause and effect of bullying matters. This shows on why they get bullied, the effects on their life, and on how they don't receive any help whatsoever.
