Having too much stress can bring many unhealthy consequences , leading to anxiety, depression, mood swings and much more. Something that is very stressing to me is that I have too much assingments from drifferent classes to complete , but also getting them done can be difficullt because things can come up making me not have time in finishing them. Assingments and other stuff add up and of course that I have to finish them, but whenever I do them more and more stuff adds up to the point I get stressed and start to overthink if Im going to get done with all the stuff that I need to do.

Stress is a natural human response that drives us to deal with the challenges and threats in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some degree. Having too much stress can lead to many harmful health consequences such as anxiety, depression, mood swings, and much more. Something that I find very stressful is that I have too many assignments from different classes to complete, but it can also be difficult to do so because unforeseen events can come up that prevent me from finishing them. Homework and things like chores pile up on me, and by trying to finish some of those I sometimes can't finish the other things I need to finish. All of that piles up on me and of course, I have to finish them, but every time I do them, more and more things pile up to the point that I get stressed out and start overthinking if I'm going to finish everything I have to do.

Drinking alcohol - Drinking alcohol to deal with stress isnt a good idea in any way possible. Drinking and the feeling of stress are not a good combination and being under the influence of alcohol can make you say and do things that you will later regret later on life.

Smoking/taking any drugs - Same as alcohol these bring no good when it comes to dealing with stress. Being under the use of drugs can make you feel even worst because then you will start to feel and be unhealthy such as having constant headaches.

Eating too much or too little - Eating too much to deal with stress is not the best decision because that can make you go out of shape and have an unhealthy life. Same as eating too little, both can become a habit over time but its better to eat just the right amount.

Lashing out at others in violent - Violence is not the best thing to do when it comes to dealing with stress because you are hurting the other person without thinking about the consequences that your actions are doing.

Avoiding help from others - The best thing to do whenever you ar efeeling stress is to take help from others because sometimes that can help us a lot. An advice from someone can make a difference, but if you try to avoid others because you think its the best thing to do sometimes its not the best thing to do.

Self-sabotage - Having or being harmful to yourself while being stressed can affect you even more.

Compulsive behaviors - Engaging in repetitive behaviors like nail bitting, hair pulling , kicking stuff can turn into an unhealthy habit later on in life .

Seeking constant reassurance : Needing constant validation from others can cause and affect people with stress.

Avoiding emotions - When we tend to get stressed we get annoyed easily and thats when others ask you if you are okay, but if you keep deniying or hiding how you feel can make you feel even more stressed for not spressing your right emotions.

Overanalyzing - Excessively analyzing situations or conversations to the point of getting more stressed and even getting anxiety.
