         <description><![CDATA[<div>Steve's fear of testifying reminds me of little children when they are scared of the dark because it keeps them from accomplishing something like for the kids, they can't go to the their rooms at night alone because they are scared and for Steve, he is scared of testifying which would hurt him alot because O'Brien is depending on Steve's testimony to win this case.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Briggs brings in Dorothy Moore to testify that James was with her the time of the robbery. O'Brien didn't even bother to ask lengthy questions because a cousin that testifies that James was with her against all the evidence. Then Briggs brings up Mr.Nipping who testifies that James is left-handed to try and prove that the shooter is right-handed. O'Brien tells Steve he is gonna have to testify if he wants to wins. They play a game where O'Brien ask Steve questions and tells him he likes the answers.&nbsp;When it's time for Steve to testify, he denies all involvement with the robbery. Mr. Sawicki testifies and makes Steve look more like a real person.</div>]]></description>
