O'Brien didn't even bother to ask lengthy questions because a cousin that testifies that James was with her against all the evidence. Then Briggs brings up Mr.Nipping who testifies that James is left-handed to try and prove that the shooter is right-handed. O'Brien tells Steve he is gonna have to testify if he wants to wins. They play a game where O'Brien ask Steve questions and tells him he likes the answers. When it's time for Steve to testify, he denies all involvement with the robbery.
