         <description><![CDATA[<p>Trista F- To me personal gratitude is acknowledging how far you have over come all obstacles in life and choose to move forward rather then stay in the past. I like to just take time and truly reflect. I thank my body for putting in the effort of moving around each day. I thank my mind for every little thought and idea negative and positive. And I thank my heart for being able to let go and move on from bad situations. While none of this is mandatory I like to still give myself affirmations every morning just to push through no matter how stressful the day might be. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Trista T- I am going to continue the practice of personal gratitude when it’s not mandatory by appreciating things that are little or even big. There are so many good people in my life that I need to pay more attention to and appreciate more. If there are events in my past that aren’t good I will try to not think about them and look into the future. Lastly, I will thank everyone wherever I am at when I am getting help or anything done from someone else.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Miranda- for me, I find in times of stress or chaos that I always tend to focus on the negatives and not the positives. This can be very dwelling on my mental health, or anyone else that has a similar experience. Eventually, when stress gets alleviated, I am able to sit back and reflect on my life and begin to think about different things I am thankful for. Surprisingly, I am currently experiencing that today and it feels good to reflect on so many aspects of our current lives and think how lucky I am to have or experience this or that. It’s so easy to take little things for granted but when we’re able to, showing gratitude for the little things is so uplifting.</p>]]></description>
