taste : very buttery and creamy but the coco tasted burnt

texture: it kind of dissolves in your mouth but u still have to chew it , the texture is kind of like sponge cake

overall aroma : smells like vanilla bean

area of improvement : maybe put in lesser coco because it tasted abit burnt and affected the overall taste

It's taste is like a scone, it tastes like flour from the flour and a bit of a chocolate taste(see not too much chocolate just nice) from the cocoa powder

It's texture is like a sponge ,because of the air holes but sticks to your mouth like a scone

   The steamed cake looks round and smooth and nicely split at the parts with the cocoa paste.

2. Taste :

   It tastes eggy with a pinch of vanilla and cocoa.

   It's smooth but stiff when splitting it.

   It smells like egg and vanilla. A very pleasant and soothing smell!

   I need to be more gentle when whisking the ingredients together as my steamed cake was really hard and dry.
