I was clinically depressed and struggled to be happy. Now that I think about my past self, I feel like I could do much better and my potential was limitless. I started to workout everyday and try to have a scheduled routine. I do everything I need during the day and sleep before midnight. My health was considerably improved and my depression and suicidal thoughts are curbed. Way to go!

I have been very depressed with many things happening around me. But I find new hope in watching others doing their fovourite jobs, joining interesting activities and I feel much better now. I enjoying meeting and making new friends everyday and play football everyday. It's really fun. My health is maintained good and it's really great!!! :3

I know that it's hard, but don't give up. If you don't want to talk to others about your emotions, talk to yourself first. Journal your own feelings every day. Writing out everything on your mind actually helps a lot. This is actually how I overcame my depressive episodes.
