Peer Assessment:
Example: I am taking ICT classes. Most of the lesson is practical work. After demonstration a class once I am giving a new work to evalute students understanding, I ask other students to check their peer work and evalute friend's learning.

Set a standard for others, Peer Feedback,Peer teaching, Peer Scaffolding.
Example: Once I give any type of creative work i.e. making animation as their wish, I found 1-2 students from a class are far ahead then the lesson objective. I bring them to demonstrate infront of other classmates to explain how did they do it so that other students can get motivation and interest and feel confident that "Yes, if he can do it, I can do so", within few days I found more students are coming up with same confidence .
Here students can do self assessment too. How much they need to practice. By this way more students are getting engaged and inspired.

Through different lesson activities I have seen that * students have developed collaborative skills * become engaged in preparing tasks * started to think critically * learned how to collect information * started to think creatively * developed the skills of peer assessment and self assessment * I have evaluated their works by understanding the engagement, sharing their ideas and information, the knowledge they have obtained through research.

I have learned so many new ideas and techniques of learning from Unite-1 among them metacognition learning process is so much effective for the learner because by this way the learner can think and gather more information about their topics. Another learning technique I used in my classroom is peer assessment. It is also more effective for the students. In the next session, I will apply this technique in my classroom.

So far I have applied the following-
1. Peer assessment
2. Peer teaching
3. Self assessment
4. Peer feedback.
I have also learned how to make the group works more interesting and effective. I am applying different formtive assessment methods. I can see that the students are more interested and involved in the class. I am yet to apply metacognition in my class properly. Which i'm planning to start from the coming session.

Active learning is an approach that emphasises the importance of learning through experience.

1. Active learning helped my students to develop their collaborative skills. Students worked in group and can also do the self reflection and peer reflection as well.
2. Formative assessments are used in the classroom to evaluate the students' level of learning
3. peer assessment is another process where I can evaluate the students' learning.
In my future class, I would like to use

1. The one-minute paper

How much could you explain in one minute? At the end of class, set a timer and ask my students to record their most eye-opening revelation or biggest question.
2. Concept Mapping.
Where the students will jot down their concepts in pairs or in groups. They will get feedback from their peers through a thumbs-up process. The students will be given precise rubrics for the evaluation

Active learning is a continuous prosses in my classroom practice. Students' prior knowledge activation; group conversation to engage and learn from collaboration; critical analysis and development of new ideas and problem-solving* Group discussion and decision-making based on their learning using keyword modeling.* Peer evaluation by establishing formative assessment rubrics that can assist students in determining their level of understanding.* Formative assessment is used to assess their work and provide opportunities for self-reflection,.* Peer feedback, which allows them to evaluate their own performance.*Encourage learners to make mistakes and learn from them, resulting in a lifelong learning process.* I'd like to keep all of these active learning processes going, and I'd like to encourage my students to use metacognitive methods to promote higher order learning in future.
