-French films aren't as often publicized as other films
-Something is "empyt" about the tactics used in hollywood movies nowadays.

-A more legnthy process will be put forth if issue one is set forth because two district lines will have to be made every ten years.
-The process now is due to people's will and people elected legislators which may have to change if there is a new addition to the issue. 
PROS:
- Picking congressional districts will be established fairly
-Communities will stay together due to less splits
-There will be more capability for public hearings - more community speaking to be heard.

It is also more handy because most people always have a phone on them and the pin numbers make the money harder to access. A weakness of using virtual money is that your phone can get hacked and someone will have access to your online money. I personally would not be interested in using virtual money because I like having my own money and the responsibility that its use ensues. I also do not want to be succumbed by technology so the less I use it the better.

If we make good decisions with money now and invest in the right banks (whichever those may be depending on us and our plan) then we should be set in the money department for life. If we invest wisely and let our money collect interest through out the years we will have more money than we would have thought.
