I wanted to draw something from a movie I was obsessed with because of how controversial it was. The car was what allowed the whole story to happen, and the adventure, so I wanted to incorporate that. The first idea was to incorporate the the muscles and veins in by creating an underwater atmosphere. The second idea included a vein disease revealing itself in the face. The third idea was a heart with veins forming a shape of a heart.
