1. Resources - both tangible and intangible (we have an abundance of tangible resources and don't have the time *intangible* to plan to effectively use them)

2. (a) We need the time to plan and "fan the flames" that are already burning in some of the classrooms. (b) We have computers, technology, materials needed to be a premier school in this area. (c) People that are trained to do it.

3. If we are missing the resources, according to the stairway, we are not serious about the change.

  • Time- is there enough? What is allocated/priorities? Wasted? 
  • Physical space- is there enough? Is it being used well? Who gets it?
