The media I use has a positive impact on myself, it helped me grow and become a better person. It has greatly impacted how I am today, a person with a good heart and good deeds.

These media helped me meet new people that turned into friendships. It helped me navigate who I really am and what type of person I am. Meeting different people has helped me respect each and everyone's decision, knowing that not everyone would like you and you must accept it.

It has also broadened my perspective, teaching me valuable life lessons and helping me to become more open-minded and understanding.

The media I consume is healthy for me as it made me become a better person and it broadened my understanding in life. it didn't just shape me into becoming a person but it also helped me discover who I truly am. Forming connections with different people with different backgrounds, forming friendships that helped me respect and accept each one of them thus understanding the values life has taught us.
