If Japan's Ministry of Health does not let immigration policies limiting the number of workers, Japan can get benefit of migration thanks to its right immigrants policies. Because, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare predicts a need for four million eldercare nurses by 2025.

Developing countries have excessive human resources whereas the developed nations need more human resources. That is why, developed countries can allow emigrants. So that these nations can increase advantages of immigration.

In the normal circumstances people don’t prefer to leave from their homeland. But, they are able to decide to migrate due to dire conditions. However, there is an increasing tendency that people used to migrate and international migration is getting a hot issue of the present era. Consequently, importance of this immigration issue can be gauged from the aspect that the illegal emigrants risk their lives and in some instances even they are lost their lives. In addition to the challenges illegal immigrants face, the local folk in these countries also act as an impediment for the wellbeing of these foreigners. On the other hand, governments that try to curb increased immigration impose laws that bar the increased entry of foreigners into a country. This leads to a rise in illegal immigration in a country, because those people barred from entering the country seek other illegal means of entering the country. If these countries want to reduce disadvantages of immigration, they have to give up strict immigration policies.

The globe today is divided up by invisible walls called "borders," guarded by hundreds of soldiers and police. However, an unstable democracy, unprotected human rights and fundamental freedoms give rise to immigration issue. The social consequences of immigration are not only the outcomes of immigrants' own values, skills, and motivations, but also reflect the reactions of the resident population. For example, native residents are largely unfriendly to newcomers, because they associate them with increased stress in the labor market, larger loads on the social infrastructure, a rise in crime and ethnocultural conflicts, and overall deterioration in living and working conditions of the native population.

The relationship between war(s) and migration is complicated by the fact that neither of the two are monolithic phenomena and the relationship between them is complex. Wars and other forms of violent conflict (state formation, genocide, etc.) involving state or non-state actors produce refugees and other forced migrants, who may themselves also become national or transnational actors within the political economy of wars and other forms of violent conflict. Wars of different kinds (invasions, civil war, third-party interventions) and of differing intensity may produce different migration trajectories and, in some cases, no migration at all but instead the opposite, involuntary immobility (Lubkemann 2008a). Displacement is often about massive humanitarian suffering and loss, but it can also be about coping, resilience, and emplacement in new localities (Malkki 1995a). And those who flee may be better or worse off than those who remain behind.
