         <description><![CDATA[<p>Numerous apps like autism express and look in my eyes can assist individuals with autism in communication, learning, and daily living. Technology draws students in, they have a  willingness to socialize and it enhances their attention. we see how Stacy learns to count with paper negatively but there is a big difference with iPad and she seems more engaged. Teacher say it could be because technology has consistency, order, and something they can control better.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Maya is able to find her voice through communication boards. Her family makes a word book binder with velcro strips that helps her to identify different pictures. She is able to use the book to say I want milk please or here say she wants to see alligators at the zoo. They turn her word book binder into a communication board on the iPad which she uses to communicate in full sentences. </p>]]></description>

But this scene I felt really explained why communication is important. “Communication is the foundation of relationship building.” Without communication our relationship as teachers with our students will not be as strong, but we can incorporate different communication tools to make sure our relationship with our students continues to build in a positive way. </p>]]></description>
