I must pay attention to many details in academic English while it is not required in general English. For example, in terms of vocabulary, we ought to use formal words instead of casual words. So it is necessary to accumulate more vocabularies so as to adapt to the criteria of academic English.

The worst things about the UN may be that the UN Security Council appears to cover a lot of the globe. 4) In view of my relatively poor spoken English, I need to communicate with others more frequently and should not be shy to express my opinion. I do believe that through practice, I can improve my oral English.

How fast it is, people can save money and also gain knowledge.

Firstly, I will sit down with a few trusted team members to establish a conflict-resolution protocol and relay this protocol to everyone on the team. Secondly, I will go around the circle and give everyone a chance to comment and question. Encourage members to admit if they don’t understand something and ask for clarification. Thirdly, I will ensure only one person can talk at a time and when the speaker is finished, everyone else has to summarize the speaker’s idea and say something they like or dislike about it. (Disagreement is totally allowed when practicing good listening!) Because they need to summarize and intelligently comment on each shared idea, everyone will have to listen carefully instead of simply planning what they’re going to say during their turn.

From an economic perspective, Industrial Revolution led to the decline of small-scale industries and capitalists monopolized the entire industries. It increased the national wealth which enabled England to meet the requirements of her rising population and to bear the burden of French wars. Thus, England’s ‘Granary’ was converted into ‘Workshop’. The invention of machines threw a large number of workers out of job and the problem of unemployment created distress among them. 

From a political perspective, Industrial Revolution led to the colonization of Asia and Africa. Great Britain and other industrial countries of Europe began to look for new colonies which could supply them the necessary raw materials for feeding their industries and also serve as a ready market for their finished industrial products. Therefore, the industrial countries carved out extensive colonial empires in the 19th century.

However this turns out bad because Drax calls Ronan telling them the location because he wants to avenge the deaths of his family members. The story leads to Ronan having the infinity stone and the guardians of the galaxy need to save the day. This is part of Marvel's phase two movies but is helping to set the up phase three because it has characters such as Thonas which is apart of the storyline. My personal view is that this movie is very well directed and has a very good storyline James Gunn has done a brilliant job and should direct more movies.
