This museum consists of dimly lit lights and colors inside to give the museum the right feel. It also includes self-contained exhibitions in weathering steel drums. The design that Adjaye portrayed was dark with mysterious aesthetics. One of Adjaye’s ideas incorporated in this museum was that each exhibit would be placed in its own “pavilion” made out of weathering steel drums and curved paneling.
