  • Identify one of your Attitudes - I like to think that for the most part I have a positive attitude. I love encouraging myself and others around me, I prefer to look at the cup half full instead of half empty. 

  • Identify one of your Beliefs - I believe that the things you want will come to you when you're ready for them and that everything plays out the way it does for a reason even if we don't know the reason. `
  • Identify one of your Values - I value loyalty because I am always willing to do anything for/or defend my loved ones or chosen ones if they do the same for me.

  • Identify one of your Personal Traits -  I am a very observative person, i love learning what people love and the certain things that make them act certain ways. 

  • Identify one of your Psychological Traits (a specific need that is a current priority) Focusing on my priorities is often a struggle for me. It's not that i can't do it or that i find it hard but that i can't bring myself to start and if i do start i want to do everything at once instead of taking it one thing at a time. 

  • Identify one of your Social Traits - I am a social butterfly and my love language is quality time so i am always with someone. I love spending time with my friends and my family even if we do our own things together.
