The world and society we know wouldn't be the same without globalization. Many opportunities of individual and overall growth are mainly because of what comes from globalization because we have to be aware that globalization isn't just about taking products from a country to another. It is a lot more than that, it brings knowledge, development, jobs and many more things that even though we could see geographical boundaries, globalization gives us an opportunity to unite humanity despite all our differences. Therefore, even if it has opportunities it doesn't mean that globalization is the root of the problem it just gets involved in conflict because at the it literally it's the global commerce what keep's us in touch with all over the world, that let's us to innovate and evolve all together through technology and overcoming the world problems.

Globalization is the main reason that increases tension between people, governments and firms all over the world. In general, because it has lost the capability to just be a way to share your resources with other countries, instead it has become a series of individualities in which they see just for themselves and take advantage of those who don't have in their hands to grow by themselves. Therefore, the constant conflicts in which we see the rich become rich and the poor more poor, as well as other factors such as violation of rights just to see for their own financial growth despite whom they might hurt.

Autonomy has arrived much faster than expected since the investment and technology applied was developed by interested powerful entities, now with this we have nearly an autonomous system that helps to have the world connected, consumerism is stronger than ever so its beneficial since it creates more jobs, opportunities and opens new channels.

Cons:
-Not all are benefited by globalization, it increases inequality as it reinforces that the richness generates that rich people become reacher and its left behind the other people as their money is insignificant compared to the multimillionaires in the world. When we talk about that money moves the world there is meant to be for the richer people.

We know that since the beginning of time, exchange has existed between basic goods such as food, seed and textiles. Globalization comes from remotest times to our understanding. The problem lies in what the human being has done with it, such as wars, making the rich richer, unfair exchange, among many others.

This is why globalization is a double-edged sword, from the point of view of where you see it, it can be beneficial in some sectors, but very bad for many others.

As well, in the worst scenarios this also leds into some empowered companies that become stronger and bigger before all the others, achieving even more unfair exchange and a semi-monopoly, as some developed countries as well as the big countries becoming even bigger and the small ones more lagging and without opportunity for growth.

Pros: The international exchange of goods directly increases economic growth as the different countries contibute to the global economy. In addition, technology and idea sharing leads to the overall improvement of living standards and the overall well-being of the world's citizens. In industrial terms, globalization also increases business opportunities and offers a wider range of product alternatives, in addition to a more affordable good production. Lastly, I´d say globalization's major benefit is cultural exchange and international cooperation.

Cons: Despite the wide range of benefits, globalization may also lead to economic inequalities, as richer countries tend to increase in wealth while undeveloped countries are put aside. Multinational companies may also provoke the lack of local businesses and opportunities for small and medium firms, and lastly, another problem that globalization creates is the exploitment of labor markets and the lack of protection to the environment and human rights.

Also some Countries are not driven to invest in different industries because they rely on the dependence they have which only creates more dependence and limitates the country's growth.
