         <title>Lion Head</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The name of this dish is “Lion Head”, but actually it is large meatball. <br><br></div><div>Ingredients:<br><br></div><div>beef Mince, 2 eggs, starch, minced carrots and ginger and green onion.<br><br></div><div>Process:<br><br></div><div>Step 1: Mix the mince, minced carrots, minced ginger and minced green onion.<br><br></div><div>Step 2: Whip 2 eggs in a big bowl with 4 spoons of starch.<br><br></div><div>Step 3: Put the mixed ingredients into the big bowl, stir clockwise with a spoon of dark soy sauce and a spoon of cooking wine for about 3 to 5 minutes.<br><br></div><div>Step4: Make meatballs using the stirred ingredients.<br><br></div><div>Step5: Put the raw meatballs into a boiled oil pan for 2 to 3 minutes.<br><br></div><div>Step6: when the surface of the <br>meatballs is a little burnt, get them out onto a plate.<br><br></div><div>Step7: Put 200ml water, sugar, ginger sliced, a big spoon of soy sauce and 1/3 big spoon of dark soy sauce into a pan and start to boil.<br><br></div><div>Step8: Put the fried meatballs in to the pan and stew for about 30 minutes.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Steamed Bass Fish</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>INGREDIENTS:<br><br></div><div>1 bass fish, green onion, soybean sauce<br><br></div><div>METHOD:<br><br></div><div>1. Wash the bass first, then put some ginger slices in the belly of the bass.<br><br></div><div>2. Place some shredded onion and ginger on the plate, put bass in hot water and steam for 4 minutes, then pour out the shredded ginger and juice on the plate. Finally, put shredded ginger and shredded onion on the surface of the fish. Steam for 2 minutes and then start the pot.<br><br></div><div>3. Sprinkle it with soy sauce and hot oil then eat it.<br><br></div><div> <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>INGREDIENTS:<br><br></div><div>Tomato, eggs, oil, white sugar.<br><br></div><div>METHOD:<br><br></div><div>1.crack 2-3 eggs into a bowl, stir clockwise with a spoon.<br><br></div><div>2.pour the stirred eggs into a frying pot.<br><br></div><div>3.when colour of eggs become gold, put them into a plate.<br><br></div><div>4.pour sliced tomato into the hot pot with white sugar, after 1minute put fried eggs in to the pot.<br><br></div><div>5.stir-fry them 1 minute. <br><br></div>]]></description>
