As a daughter of immigrants, its one of my worst fears having them come to my house and threaten to take me or my family away. From reading the helpful tips from ACLU, i now know that i do not have to open the door for them if they don't have a warrant. I now know that if they try to force there way onto my house i say “I do not consent to your entry or to your search of these premises. I am exercising my right to remain silent. They knew that they weren't allowed there and would have to face the consequences but the reaction they had was not what they were expecting. Within 3 days more than 300 students joined them on their sit in. 
  This event was part of the snowball effect of the civil rights movement. It created a path for a non-violent protest like freedom riders and for voting registration in the south. 
 The bravery of these for teens led the path for a better America. The movement contributed to the civil rights movement that later outlawed segregation in the South.

As a highs school student that is going into college, the opportunity of having a free college education would be a dream come true. Most jobs nowadays require a college education. Were required to pay loads of money to be able to get a well-paying job only to be in debt.
