M: Well, you know that project we were working on? There were so many unexpected issues. We were under a lot of pressure to finish it on time, but we couldn't even get started.

D: Oh no, that's awful. There was a lot of pressure from our boss, wasn't there?

M: Yeah, it was. There were so many changes in the requirements, and then the budget kept shrinking. It was a nightmare.

D: I understand. I remember when I was working on that big account a few years ago. There were also many problems, and things were incredibly stressful.

M: I feel like I'm going to burn out!

D: It's important that we take a break and don't let it consume us. You can always ask for help, and don't be afraid to talk to your boss.
