Hello everyone, I’m going to share my best ways to win a face-to-face argument:

First, you must always be polite because this helps you organize your ideas and express your thoughts more clearly. Don’t ever allow yourself to use bad words.

Second one, you should analyze your opponent´s points carefully. Sometimes, people say things that can be used against them. For example, if you are discussing the importance of developing healthy habits, but your opponent dislikes exercising, you will have an advantage over them.

Finally, you must appear very relaxed, even if you don’t know much about the topic. I read in a research paper that speaking calmy helps you project confidence and maintain control of the conversation. Also, if your opponent gets angry but you remain calm, the discussion will stay focused on arguments rather than personal attacks.
