Hagerty House est située à Cohasset au Massachusetts. Elle est aux abords de la Bay Massachusetts. D’abord, l’arrivée au domicile se fait par un long chemin en gravier donnant accès au garage. Par la suite, l’entrée vers le bâtiment se fait grâce à un escalier dissimulé dans la végétation qui mène au palier de la porte. Ce palier est bordé à gauche par de petits arbustes séparant le stationnement de l’entrée. La porte d’entrée est une porte vitrée simple, jointe à une vitre de même taille, donnant l’impression d’une porte double. De plus, une fenêtre surplombe le dessus de cette ouverture créant une vaste entrée de lumière à l’intérieur.
