         <description><![CDATA[<div>"The tiny schoolchildren's constant clamor couldn't even overcome the roaring howl of the wind. There was not a single moment of a street being empty of loose paper or any other kind of wandering scrap."<br><br>The use of the rowdy schoolchildren is able to further exemplify the power of the wind and its piercing howl. Detailing the streets never seeing the end of random clutter flying about also gives the wind added power.</div>]]></description>
