Thick Question: What will my class look like if I have students create a passion project?         
 Look Like: I will create an assignment that requires students to complete the work in steps for 20% of class time during a 8-10 week period. 
Why Did I choose this? I have read about these project-based assignments & have been curious as to how they can change learning.
Materials/Resources: Multiple students willing to experiment with me. 
1st 3 steps: Research what a PP is & what it should include, create an outline, and learn to give up control...this is for them not me. 
Obstacles: This is my first time to utilize a project like this. What if my instructions aren't clear? What if there is not buy in from students? Also, what if I procrastinate too much?

Worthy? This project is worthy because it is different & allows students choice in what they learn, how they learn it & show it. What will it look like? I will host an open gym for individuals to share there skills and interact with others.
Why did i chose this project? i chose this project because i love basketball and i love inspire others.
I started playing basketball when i was 7 iv'e been in love with the sport ever since and its something i'm good at and enjoy so much.
The materials and resources you'll need is a good attitude being coach-able and always ready for challenges and be ready to work hard .
Three steps you will need is being coach able . Have good sportsmanship and a good attitude.
The obstacles you will face are  depression feeling like you're not working hard enough and feeling like you wanna give up because of what a coach or someone says.
It's worthy because it will make a difference in the girls sport community and it will make people feel better about them selves and will encourage others t never give up on there dreams even if someone is trying to put you down.
