The college admission system and process is something that many people have complained about, because they think that the content in the tests, are things that the students don´t need to learn. In the USA there are different options after finished high school. Im going to talk about one in specific. "Community colleges" this option provide you two-year associate degree programs to prepare students to continue studies for an undergraduate degree. this also help you gain occupational skills for immediate employment if you are interested in.
The four year colleges or universities will all requiere an application and a high school transcrip, but the applicants for an udergraduate program must also include an essay and recommendations from high school teachers with their application. most collages ask for a test results from one of the standardized test like SAT and ACT. Admissions standars at a community colleges are usually more lenient and it's cheaper than a four year colleges.

The American system is a “common law” system, which relies heavily on court precedent in formal adjudications, in the other hand, in Ecuador, the judiciary branch is unitary. Judges administer justice according to the Constitution, international human rights instruments, and the law. The Ecuadorian judicial system guarantees due process, due diligence, and efficiency. Justice cannot be denied because of the lack of formalities, Ecuador isunder the civil law system (Civil Law system judges almost always have to decide their judgments based on written law, so most of their activity is the interpretation on what the statute says or intends to say).
In the USA there is a civil court system which use the jury system, this utilizes three types of juries: Investigative grand juries, petit juries (also known as a trial jury), instead, There is no jury in Ecuadorian judicial proceedings. The role of the judge depends on the individual judge. the judge shall direct and control the process, avoid any unnecessary delays, and if necessary, the judge can interrupt any party to request any clarification or to promote further debate. The role of the judge lies between an inquisitorial and a passive role, meaning that the parties are responsible for driving the process forward; however, the judge has the power to request further evidence of witnesses or parties if he or she sees fit.
My opinion: the Ecuador could adapt this jury system but it could be a little problematic because of the corruption so if the decided to adapt this system, the have to be very specific chosen the right persons.

The first one was about the separation, or division of powers; and the second one a system of checks and balances. It said too that was actually the oldest written constitution use in the world. About the separation of powers was that each branch of the government has its specific role in relation to country´s laws. The other one, that was abput the system of checks anda balances gives each branch of government a specific way to check the acts of each of other branches that we already know.
My opinion I think that for example in case someone in the executive branch is suspected of illegal or unconstitutional activities, the legislative branch is given power by the constitution to investigate. i really agree with that since everything depends on the laws or regulations wich the constitution in the United States chooses.

The US constitution is the one that stablishes the laws of the United States of America. The first three words written in it are "We the people" which basically affirms that the laws and the goverment are made to serve the citizens in the country.
The constitution and the laws it includes are very different from those in other countries, that is why many other countries often criticize the United States.
The constitution is divided in three branches, those are: The Legislative Branch, The Executive Branch, and The Judicial Branch; each branch has its own set of responsibilities and duties it must fulfill.
It was written in 1787, and has been in operation since 1789, it is the world´s longest surviving written charter of government. The Constitution has remained in force for over two centuries because it had succesfully separated and balanced governmental powers, so it can safeguard the interests of majority rule and the minorities rights.
The US constitution was the first one to allow or do many things, but the Ecuador Constitution was the very first Constitution in the world to recognize legally enforceable Rights of nature, or ecosystem rights, and prohibited the extraction of non-renewable resources in protected areas.
I think that this is essencially a really effective way to run a nation. It mainly focuses on the rights of the people and their freedom and that is why they call it "The Land of the Free" and many people from more represive countries and go there to achieve their dream and become free.

Through the history education has been an important part of human`s life. There are a lot of people who want to study to find a Good job and improve the life conditions. Nowadays some companies offer interships for students to gain experience before working. I totally agree with this idea because I believe it has some advantages.
First, while students are studying and doing interships at the same time they are practicing and training to develop usefull skills to apply in their future Jobs, So if students practice before working, they Will have developed the necessary habilities to perform in their future Jobs. Last year my singing teacher had an accident with his bike... His name is Luis Ernesto.
I remember that I was in his house a thursday, we were practicing and having a regular class. when I arrived to my house, the next day I received a call. It was another Teacher from where I used to study music, He told me (he reported me- mentioned-shared) that Luis Ernesto was in the hospital in the emergency room.

As he told me, he was working and he had been riding for a while in his bike. he was next to his houses when suddenly it appears a black truck and ran over him. He got injuries in his head, chest and legs.

He amazingly survived, but he lost one leg. Now he is great, he uses a prosthesis to walk.

When we think in our society we use to imagine that we're always doing the right things, and it is false.

we have a lot of customs that are just wrong in different ways.

for example, I hate seen that ecuadorian people are used to drink alcholic beverages for almost everything and not only that, we used to think that someone, (which don't like or just don't used to get drinks) is a bored person. I guess that it's a common habit that we must change, we don't need alcohol drinks for everything.

A long time ago I received some classes at night every Friday, my parents were going to drop me off, and they were waiting for me. One Friday an aunt said that she wanted to take care of my brother, she wanted to stay with him, my brother, my mother didn't want to leave my brother, because since he was little he was very restless, and that's how it was. It was not easy to leave him in someone's care, but my aunt insisted so much that my brother stayed with my aunt. My brother was 4 years old. After I finished my classes, a cousin came looking for us to inform us that my brother had been in an accident. Once I was in a general ballet rehearsal because the next day was the closing of the permanent ballet course, I remember that the teachers had given a break to drink water and eat something, then my group of friends and I decided to play hide and seek, after two rounds of the game four more friends who had just arrived joined us, we started to play again and with three more friends we decided to hide in a dressing room that was completely dark because it did not have a light bulb, we didn't realize that the door lock was damaged and we closed the door completely, some time had passed and we wanted to get out of the dressing room but when we saw that it didn't open we started to get scared and as expected we started to scream like crazy to get us out of there, The rest of the group began to ask for help from the teachers and they came quickly to help us open the door, after about 25 minutes they managed to open the door and we were able to get out safe and sound but obviously scared, then the teachers scolded us a little and told us not to play anymore.

One day, I had a feeling in my stomach like something was different. It wasn’t quite like cramps since it didn’t particularly ache, though I felt that something was definitely up with my body. My mom bought a home pregnacy test just in case.
It was a great sorprise in ispite of problems that we had with my currently boyfriend at that time.
I was a single mom and I spent my pregnat days with my parents. My world at that moment fell out but just my liltle baby was my strength.
As a soon to be first time mom, I had afraid because A transition into a new phase in my life, it felt like everything I have done has been leading up to that moment. Though I know that really, it was just the beginning of something special.
Pregnancy brought a whole new meaning to my life. The feeling that I was actually creating a life inside of me was such a beautiful thing. I realised how my body can be so vulnerable, yet so strong and enduring. It truly was amazing.

My week started with me entering in a new school, I was nervous but exciting too, I also made many friends and lost shame passing the days. But I don´t understand the new subjects that I have, like chemistry and physics.
Yesterday a girl took my backpack from my seat just because she was mad at my friend, I was mad at her for doing that, but I just put my backpack on my seat and told her why would she do that, obviously I took the seat and she sat in the back.
Today the whole school had a potluck so they took a lot of food for the class, we took pictures and after we finished eating, my friend and I went to the other grades to make friends, and then we played basketball with the other class.
Now I´m in my english classes and after that i would like to organize myself cause i have to wake up early to go to the school, because is far away from my home and i need to make a schedule for that and another courses that i already have.
On saturday i will be going to my friend´s party, he is turnining 16 so i think it would be a lot of fun

In Quevedo, we have the 7 de Octubre stadium, where you can play sports, it has different places to play soccer, basketball, a ping pong room, a large pool, and a gym. It is a very big place, sometimes there are also concerts and live shows. Outside the stadium, there is a park where people can relax, play basketball or eat ice cream. Sometimes I go to the stadium to play with my friends and do some exercise, of course when I have time. It is a beautiful place with many people who sometimes go to play, talk or just walk. But at night, it can be a bit dangerous, because it's a dark place, people usually leave it at 7 o'clock. I recommend going if you want to destress, but only for the day.

In my city, Quevedo, there are some parks where you can have a good time. For example, one of some of them is called Family Park. It contain some creatives places to skate, ride a bicycle o walk around it. It´s very exciting to see skaters jumping on the ramps. I really enjoy when I go with my family or friends because apart of that, it has many food stalls. There are even people doing comedy shows in the middle of the park (it´s so funny). I recommend it to go there, you can enjoy a lot.

However, the goverment in Ecuador is terrible. let`s take a look at education currently universities graduate many students the fact is that those students are unemployed. on the other hand, let`s take a look at social security. even thought the goverment made a discuont in the wages every month, they don`t provide a good service. let me give you an example if you want to schedule an appoinment, you will need to wait one or two weeks. at the end of the day you have to go to a private clinic to recover you health.

Ecuador is a rich country, it's very biodeversic, it has beautiful green areas. Despite being a country full of amazing places, the issue of work is somewhat delicate.
Currently working or getting a job in Ecuador is somewhat complicated, since there are not many job offers. Statistically, we have 34,9% and the underemployment rate at 20,0%.
There are many reasons why the unemployment rate rose dramatically. One of the strongest reasons is the scarcity of security in the country. This being one of the main reasons why companies, whether large or small, have decided to close due to constant extortion and almost impossible to comply.

I love doing many things in my free time, as one of the many I have, is playing the guitar, a hobby I really enjoy and like, I receive guitar classes on Thursdays, which helps me on my learning, my guitar costs an arm and a leg, they are really expensive. I also play videogames, just to distract myself from boredom and finally to finish my day i go to swimming classes to do some exercise, all of these activities I do, are fun and I really enjoy them but sometimes I just take it with a grain of salt.

When I went to Peru with my parents and I almost died on that trip I rememberm I spent the whole day at the beach, I was at the beach for almost 10 hours I enter to the beach al 6 Am and I left de beach at 5pm after that in the afternoon I couldn't breathe because the waves had hit me so hard and I had to go to the emergency room and the doctor just told me to go home and rest when, I woke up the next day I still couldn't breathe and my chest hurt, so I stayed in bed until later that day when I felt better and went back to the beach

In my day I do a lot of things to keep me busy.

First when I wake up I goto the kitchen and I do the breakfast for me and my siblings, after that I looking for practice my skills in the drawing or search a recipe and learn how to do it.

Other thing that recently I’m doing is looking for a university, and at the same time selecting a career where I feel comfortable.

After all of that I go to the gym for take air, but also if I can go I like to walk so I do that instead.

Sometimes I like to break the ice and do different things, like watch a movie or a serie, but those aren’t thing that I do to much, so aren’t too important.

In summary that’s how I spend my free time, and they are things that I like normally to do, for that reason are simple to do for me in a day

panama trip

First of all, it was my first time traveling by plane, so I was really excited and a bit nervous at the same time. To be honest, I was over the moon, since it had always been a dream of mine.

As soon as we arrived, we stayed in a very tall building, where amazing views of the city could be seen, which really took my breath away.

After that, we went shopping and bought many things; actually, we got a bit carried away and spent more money than expected.

Moreover, the Panama Canal was visited, and I was truly impressed by how it works. It’s something you have to see with your own eyes to believe it.

Later on, we went to some beautiful islands with crystal-clear water, and it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had a great time and everything went like clockwork.

In the end, the whole trip was worth every penny, and I would definitely like to go back someday.
