safety demonstration working with a group and practice together to get the timing of safety demonstration and communication on what each other did we and what each other could do better.
What did you do well?
being in timing during the safety demonstration such as clipping the seat belt together and moving the leaflet in sync and showing exits.
What could you improve?
being more confident and stop doubting myself thinking I was going to fail the safety demonstration.

pre flight briefing was the second activity I did there was a lot communication with the cabin crew and passenger during this activity.
what did you do well?
i communicated well with passenger during there time of the flight asking for what they would like and being polite.
what could you improve?
being faster with the trolley service on finding the products the customer asked for

what was the activity?
dealing with a hotel customer complaint scenario where customer was complaining about hotel guest at the side of them being to load with music due to this we had to figure a way to make both customer happy with the decisions made.
what did you do well?
I reassured the hotel customer that the issue will be sorted as soon as possible and spoke calm towards them
what could you improve?
make sure i apologies more due to the customer being upset with the issue and showing my symphothy and also make sure i have plenty of ways to sort the scenario out

what's was the activity?
security checks this activity was done in groups of 3-5 and on board the cabin we had to work as a team to find items that can cause a hazards such as knife, gun etc.
what did you do well?
my team worked well with communicated with one another as we had to communicatee on what areas we checked on the cabin what to double check and what items we found and how to deal with the situation.
what could you improve?
using our time better and make sure check all small areas as items can be very small and easy to hide within unusual places.

motivation

what do i do to keep motivated?
i attended the gym 5 times a week Monday to Friday for 2-2 and half hours as it keeps me mentally and physically fit and it something i look forwards to do to finish my day off
I attended collage 4 times a week Tuesday to Friday which im motived to do as it is my future starting.
i did a pre flight briefing in the cabin and it went excellent this keeps me motivated to counite with collage

as a team we prepared one another to perform an pre flight briefing to the best of our capability this activity is where we spoke about how to use your seat belt along with speaking about what to do in case of an emergency on the aircraft.

what did you do well?

we made sure to perform the pre flight briefing in timing with one another as we practices loads with one another and would speak about what we did well and what we could work on

what could you improve?

speaking up a bit loaded while speaking about the pre flight breifing as we was a bit quite

the activity what we did was making pom pom ornaments for a Christmas tree which was for a charity where we used little mechanical thing to create the pom pom

we helped one another to create the best looking pom poms

made more pom pom for the tree as we only made two a peace
