In order to become an ethical software engineer, they are encouraged to adhere the following eight principles which is<br><br>1.1 PUBLIC The software engineer should act consistently with the public interest<br><br>1.2 CLIENT AND EMPLOYER-Software engineers must act in a manner that is in the best interests of their client and employer in line with the public interest<br><br>1.3 PRODUCT Software engineers must ensure that their products and relevant<br>modifications meet the highest professional standards as best as possible<br><br>1.4 JUDGMENT-Software engineers should apply integrity and be independence value in their professional judgment<br><br>1.5. MANAGEMENT-Software engineering managers and leaders should play a role<br>in promoting ethical approaches to all department<br><br>1.6. PROFESSIONAL Software engineers should have integrity and maintain a good reputation of the profession consistent with the public interest<br><br>1.7 COLLEAGUES - Fairness and be supportive to one another should be applied between software engineers<br><br>1.8 SELF Software engineers also should take part in lifelong learning about their profession and show a good ethical life to encourage others as well</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Software engineers should start to realize and begin the steps to adhere the eight principle from IEEE in order to reduce the risk of incident which could cause significant losses to the company. <br><br></div><div>1.    For the article crisis in T-Mobile 2016, it was breaking the principle 1:<br> especially on point<br>1.03, 1.04 and 1.06. T-Mobile disclose to non-appropriate persons, that is<br> why the T-Mobile<br>employee stole the customer data.</div><div>2.    T-Mobile also break principle 2 which is employee used the property of a client without authorize and not with the customer's knowledge and consent.</div><div>3.    from the principle 7: 7.01, employee should encourage their<br> colleagues to adhere<br>to this code<br><br></div>]]></description>
