         <title>Mindfulness Questions:                                                             1. Practicing mindfulness exercises benefits your physical health by relieving stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improves sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties.                                                                                                                         2. Mindfulness benefits mental health by helping treat mental problems such as depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, couples’ conflicts, anxiety disorders, and OCD.                                                                                                                                                                                                     3. Some techniques that help develop mindfulness include basic meditation, becoming aware of your body’s sensations, notice your 5 senses, be aware of your emotions, and learn how to cope with certain cravings(for addictive substances or behaviours). </title>
