I wonder if all the choices on the Next Step section would feel overwhelming to a faculty member who is 'dipping their toes' into the microlearning world. I LOVED your suggestion to go from a 60 min lecture to 4 15 minutes. That's a good baby step.

I used to think I needed to be an expert in all ed tech apps as they continuously hit the scene. Now I think it is better to focus on use cases and pedagogy surrounding a smaller number of tools (instead of frantically trying to use everything)

I wonder if modeling the use of micro-lectures for faculty professional development would increase engagement with PD topics. Having trouble getting attendance at PD sessions, replacing traditional sessions with micro-lectures may be a win-win, modeling best practices of the topic being presented and micro-lectures themselves!!
