We keep saying “give yourself grace. Have a home/life balance” while also constantly pushes us to show up for our kids in the same ways as in person and keep driving to do more. There has been no list of things we can take off our loads or ways and efforts we are making it easier to actually have that grace and balance. Even if it’s not explicitly stated, you are made to feel like a bad teacher if your not doing it all.
