         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Haitian Revolution was between Haitian slaves, colonists, the armies of the British and French colonizers, and other parties. Haiti became the first country to be founded by slaves. The Haitian Revolution was caused because residents of the colony wanted to abolish slavery.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The Mexican War of Independence is between the people of Mexico and the Spanish colonial authorities. The Mexican War of Independence was caused by Mexico announcing its independence from Spain, which caused a war to go out with Spain and Mexico, and Mexico won, abolishing slavery in its process. The British expeditionary force captured Buenos Aires.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The Brazilian Independence was between the new independent Brazilian Empire, the United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil, and the Algarves. The call for Independence was caused by Napoleon's army in Portugal and Spain, and the royal family arriving to Brazil. The Brazilian Independence did not however end with the abolishment of slavery.&nbsp;Prince Dom Pedro is best known for the man who declared Brazilian Independence from Portugal in 1822.
