There were many bad effects that the Age of Exploration. One big one is the spread of disease. In the Triangular Trade route people would trade food goods and diseases. And when Columbus went to the new world he brought all sorts of disease back to spain.
One Explorer from this time period.

Christopher columbus was an explorer from this time period. His motive was all about gold he originally intended on going to India but ended up in America. While he was in America he noticed that the natives were wearing gold jewelry. He then left and took 25 natives with him but only 7 survived. When he returned he persuaded the queen with wealth that the new world had and she gave him 17 ships and 1,500 men armed with weapons. He then demanded the natives for food, and gold, and also to allow them to have sex with their women. He then made the men that refused examples to send back to their villages with cut off noses and ears. The native eventually rebelled and it was a very shorty war because of the heavily armed men. He then went on to enslave the people and take them back to Spain and sold them as slaves. Then when Columbus went back to the new world again he basically made a deal with the natives (it was a horrible deal) he basically said if they brought him so much gold that native would get a token to where and that was a get out of jail free token but if they didn't meet the quota they would get there hand chopped off and they would have to wear it around their necks and that was basically an example so people would meet their quotas. This may have been bad but it worked out for Columbus and he made a lot of gold.

this was a widespread transportation for animals, plants, stuff from different countries. the path would begin Europe then go to Africa then to Asia and finally to America then it will begin to go in reverse. the cause was because they wanted to bring there culture and plants to help bring and add on stuff like animals and there was some bad things some of the animas may of had new diseases with them and caused a lot of sickness to people that never seen it before. the effect of this was good and bad how it brought new goods to the people of the new world like the new source of food with the crops but would also be a bad effect because of the sickness the new animals and food would cause illness to many people of the new world.

there are many good examples of positive things that have come the age of exploration. a few good examples are the way we were able to expand the world and able to make more trade routes. One other impact was the way we farm and grow crops when we found more land and brought it to the new world we were able to make even more resources for food. Those are my conclusions for why it has a positive impac.
