         <title>Who is Antigone</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Antigone is the oldest daughter of <strong>Oedipus </strong>and <strong>Jocasta</strong>. She the the braver of the two daughter of Oedipus and would believe her brother Polyneices should deserve a proper burial and she would set out to do just that. Antigone being moved by her love for her brother would be convinced that injustice had taken place due to Creon only letting them bury one of her brother. She would end up burying her in secret.  Creon would end up having her executed in a cave, where she would hang by herself. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Sophocles was of the greatest Greek playwrights, He lived through most of the 5th century from 496-406BCE</p></li><li><p>He would experience theAge of Pericles and the Peloponnesian War. </p></li><li><p>Each Greek polis had a series of public festivals throughout the year.</p></li><li><p> Sophocles was a preist of Halon and would help people get introduced to the cult of Asclepius, a god of medicine to Athens. </p></li><li><p>During the Samian War and the Archidamian War Sophocles was strategos "genral".</p></li></ol>]]></description>
