The purpose of this was to get sides on peoples opinions about small states vs. large states, slave holders vs. anti slavery, and a strong govt vs. a weak govt.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It wasn't fair for certain states to have a population vote because, most stated had a large population and it made it unfair for the smaller states. The great compromise made it to where there were 2 branches. One the delegates 2 per state, and the house of reps. The house of reps made it to where the population determined the amount of reps a state had.</div>]]></description>
