In Samoa, there are a lot of cultural celebrations that occur, but some important ones are fire dances, tattooing rituals, and 'ava ceremonies (Reach the World, 2023). During celebration nights, Samoan songs and dances are performed, along with fire dances. Men also perform katas, which is a ritual performed during these night celebrations.

Reference:
Samoa Traditions and Culture | Reach the World. (2023).

Fa'apapa is a traditional food which is known as coconut sweet bread. The Fa'apapa used to be cooked in the Umu, creating it to be a biscuit-like bread, but over time the recipe has changed, and the Umu has been used less, leaving it much softer and fluffier (Johnson, 2020).
Sapasui is also a traditional food which is also referred to as Samoan Chop Suey (Johnson, 2020). It is a noodle dish that is flavoured with soy sauce and contains vegetables and meat.

Reference:
Johnson, A. (2020). 11 Traditional Samoan Foods Everyone Should Try.

Before the 19th century, Samoans had a pantheistic religion that included family elders performing rituals (Scroope, 2017). After the 19th century, Christianity was introduced to Samoa, and now most of the population is Christian or Catholic (Scroope, 2017). It is expected that everyone attends church on Sundays. Public meetings will begin and end in prayer to show their respect for religion.

Reference:
Scroope, C. (2017). Samoan Culture - Religion.

A long time ago in Samoa, chiefs and elders played a sport called Taulafoga (Traditional Sports, 2019). This game could be played with either two people or two groups. Each player is given five coconut shells to use during the game. The aim of the game is to land your coconut shell the closest to the end of the mat (Traditional Sports, 2019). This game is played in rounds, and at the end of a round, the person/team with the farthest shell gains a point for each shell that is past their opponent's farthest shell.

Reference:
Taulafoga (Samoa) - Traditional Sports.
