         <title>Have a safe place set up in your classroom for kids to calm down.   Some kids get a little over stimulated by Discover classes and/or change in their schedule.   You may want to have stress fidgets, books, coloring activities, or anything else students may find calming. </title>

         <title>Repetition with kindergarten. When I feel I am losing them to distraction, I will say, go back to the circle. Or eyes on me. I try to repeat the same phrases each time so they know what I expect. </title>
