         <description><![CDATA[<p>No matter how much a student develops, the etiquette with their teacher is the utmost importance. 70% of knowledge is gained through the student's connection with their teacher, and through their adab and respect.</p><p><br></p><p>WHAT SHOULD WE PRACTICE?</p><p><br></p><ol><li><p>Pass a smile and greet our teachers.</p></li><li><p>Don't talk bad things behind their backs.</p></li><li><p>Always give your full attention during their lectures.</p></li><li><p>Don't intervene while they are talking or giving lectures.</p></li><li><p>Walk slightly behind your teacher.</p></li><li><p>Ask permission before you go to the toilet, drink and etc...</p></li><li><p>Do not call or address your teachers only by their name. Instead, add "miss" or "sir" to  show respect.</p></li><li><p>Always offer them help even when it seems like they have it all covered.</p></li></ol><p><br></p><p>Imam Haddad said, in his book </p><p>Adab Suluk al-Murid, "if a student is filled with reverence, love and respect for his shaykh, and this is apparent inwardly and outwardly, and he follows the way of his teacher, he will inherit his teacher's secrets."</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>&gt;Niat</p><p>-set the right intention in everything you do.</p><p>-always set your ultimate goal to attain Allah's pleasure.</p><p>-when we set our intention to do good, we already received the rewards even if the deeds have not yet done.</p><p><br></p><p>&gt;Amal</p><p>-the process of doing good deeds. Although make sure it is in the right way.</p><p>-refer on how to perform it from the Quran and sunnah.</p><p><br></p><p>&gt;Ihsan </p><p>-we worship Allah with a firm determination and a strong feeling of Allah's presence in watching everything we do.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <title>Ibadah</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>There are 2 categories of ibadah:</p><p>-specific worship: prayers, fasting, etc.</p><p>-general worship: everyday actions performed with the intention of pleasing Allah.</p><p><br/></p><p>4 types of ibadah:</p><p><br/></p><p>1) prayers (salah)</p><p>-the most important ibadah. prayers will prevent us from doing things prohibited bt Allah.</p><p>-the benefit that you will get by performing salah is a healthy body as our physical movements in our salah is considered exercise, and we do it everyday!</p><p><br/></p><p>2)fasting</p><p>-we will learn ways to control our nafs.</p><p>-also strengthen our bond and faith in Allah.</p><p><br/></p><p>3)zakat (cleanse)</p><p>- our property/wealth are not 100% ours. Sometimes there are others'  rizq as well.</p><p>-by paying zakat, we are cleansing our wealth from anything that is not halal.</p><p>-we also get to help others' with financial problems that are barely making it.</p><p><br/></p><p>4)haji</p><p>-by performing hajj, we will feel the presence of Allah and we somehow will feel closer to Him.</p><p>-more disciplined throughout the process of hajj.</p><p>-we also get to meet a lot of different people from different countries.</p><p><br/></p><p>Conclusion:</p><p>All of the things that Allah commands and prohibits has its reasons. All of them will be beneficial for us. Hence, thank Allah and let us all perform our ibadah as a token our love and appreciation for our god, Allah S.W.T.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Fasting during Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. Muslims fast from dawn to sunset, refraining from eating, drinking, smoking, and etc. This practice is meant to develop self-discipline, empathy for the less fortunate, and gratitude for Allah's blessings.</p><p> </p><p>things to know about fasting:</p><p><br></p><p>Timing: Fasting starts at dawn (Fajr) and ends at sunset (Maghrib). </p><p>Exemptions: Those who are ill, traveling, menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding are exempted from fasting. </p><p><br></p><p>Meals:</p><p>Suhur: Pre-dawn meal before Fajr.</p><p>Iftar: Meal to break the fast at Maghrib, often starting with dates.</p><p><br></p><p>Charity: Ramadan emphasizes giving to those in need, with many Muslims paying Zakat (obligatory charity) during this month. </p><p><br></p><p>Spiritual Practices:</p><p>Taraweeh: Extra prayers performed at night.</p><p>Quran Recitation: Many aim to read the entire Quran during Ramadan.</p><p><br></p><p>Fasting during Ramadan is a time for spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and increased devotion.</p>]]></description>

Now i see that it is not something useless or inconvenient, it benefits us in many ways.
