         <description><![CDATA[<div>After getting her phd she started studying luminosity of the stars and the structure of the Milky Way. She wrote a book called&nbsp;<em>Stars of High Luminosity</em>&nbsp;in 1930. Her main focus was astronomy and she became a professor at Harvard in 1956 and was the first women to be a professor and then became the Chair of Astronomy at Harvard, Also being the first women to be the head of a department.</div>]]></description>
