  • Duration of COIL is February – May 2025

  • 14 February.  Initial meeting. 9:00 UK time 11:00-12:00 Greece time

  • 21 February.  Teams announced

  • 21 February – 6 March.  Teams get to know each other and become familiar with the brief

  • 7 March.   Training session on presentation skills.  9:00 – 10:00 UK time 11:00-12:00 Greece time.   We are happy to organise a second session later in the programme if desired

  • 10 March – 23 May.  Data collection and analysis.  This is the main component of the COIL.   Be aware that some students may have assessments on certain days, so some flexibility will be needed within teams.  Teams should set their own internal milestones to ensure steady progress despite the assessment periods.

  • 23 May – 29 May.  Prepare and rehearse presentation

  • 30 May.  Presentations from each team to the tutors and peers.  9:00 – 10:00 UK time. 11:00-12:00 Greece time
