For first SIEP today, manager tell me to be at the Resort at the 10 a.m. Pn.Nur as the manager want me to be at the front desk. This is because Pn.Nur want me to be learn and can communicate with the customers that coming to the resort.Manager also teach me how to treat the customer that have many varieties that coming to the Cerana Villa Resort. The kinds of customers that almost come to resort is corporate group of members,travelers and residents of various states. For today also customers is coming for attend their meeting here and our resort prepare their breakfast and their lunch after the meeting ended. In addition, manager also teach me how to prepare the food for the customers that coming today. The meeting is held in the hall thar provides by the resort that special for the meeting ‘s group of members. I can ‘t took the picture because it too private.

Today, I arrived at the resort at the 10.a.m. First and foremost thing I had to do is I had to clean the table at the restaurant and sweap the floor. After that, I help the other workers to do the other work like help them at the kitchen. In addition, manager ask me to make the table work for the workers of the resort likes housekeeping. The data is for the workers to write the times and what they do for today. This is to make the work easy for the manager to see the data after the workers finish their work. After that, she tell me to do some work like keep in all data and information on the leptop. She also teach me how to keep in all data without complain anything that I have made it. In addition, she gives me some advice about how to get a good quality in service and product at the cerana villa resort that well known as Restoran Terapung Kota Pengkalan Datu Resort at the lately. This is because of the good environment and nature that makes the customers feels better.

Today, manager tell me to work at the front desk. Manager also teach me how to manage the customers that coming to the cerana villa resort. She also teach me the ways to communicate clearly with the customers to make them feel happy and good with the service. When I have the problem with the work and don’t know the solution, I can ask for the other workers. All of their workers especially manager is the good and kind person when treating the customers. She also joined the other group of workers to help and give them some spirit to make them happy. For day-3, I come to the resort at the 10a.m. Manager teach me how to treat the customers at the front desk. In addition, I also learn to manage the customers and can familiar with the works. The work that have to do for today is I had to make sure the data are right like the other. If i had the problem about the work, I can ask the other workers and especially the managers. The workers at the resort is very kind and sporting. Pn. Ida is the workers that will help the assistant managers in what need and want in facilities to the resort and restaurant.

 Today, for day-4, as usually I will take over at the front desk. The skills that need to be a front desk is communication,multitasking,organization, dependability and so on. So, manager currently tell me to handling the customers with patiently because the resort is coming from the variety of people and corporate group of people. The representative responsibility that had when to be the front desk is greeting and welcoming desks and always keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material. Managers always give me support at the back and give some moral value for me to become successfull in the organization. In addition, manager also tell me to keep updated records and files of the customers ‘s payment everyday to make a list in the financial records.

Today, as usually I will coming to the resort at 10 a.m. Then, After I arrived at there I do the basic work like sweeping and cleaning the table. After I finished the work, I take my work as usually at the front desk. When I free or nothing to do, manager will get for me to help her to keep in the data. So, manager currently tell me to handling the customers with patiently because the resort is coming from the variety of people and corporate group of people.  Today, there are many of people come to lunch here because the environment and the good of product and service. In addition, manager  tell me to keep updated records and files of the customers ‘s payment everyday to make a list in the financial records of the resort.  This is the video the environment and the nature at the floating restaurant and I take this when I want to cleaning the table.

First of all the partner at the office will teach me how to do the work.Manager also currently tell me to handling the work with perfectly. For today, resort had organized “ Pasar Tani Pelancongan “ that sell the things like fish,food,vegetables and so on at the market but it is different because the people go there also can look the nature at the floating restaurant. There are many activities that provides for today likes karoake, fishing,floating boat and so on. Today It was the busy day because there are many people coming for today.
