The theory of gamification is “the use of game design elements in non-game”. Additionally, gamification has attracted much attention among students. Collaborative learning is an special method of teaching and learning in which students team together resolve any situation, students discussing a lecture. Gamification is effective to the extent that the gamified system is used, contribute to get any explicit goal. In collaborative learning small groups provide a place where; leaners actively participate, respect is given to every member, students learn skill for resolve conflicts. In motivation psychology self-determination is very important and suggest that intrinsic motivation is more effectively increase engagement that extrinsic motivation

The theory that I will use is Connectivism. It was developed by George Siemens and Stephen Downes in 2009. This theory states that the learning process must be connected through network information because ICT’s are important to know other cultures and prepare for new realities (Siemens, 2005). This theory is particularly debated because traditional approaches (behaviorism, constructivism or cognitivist) establish that learning only must contain theoretical components by the other hand, Connectivism highlights the importance of experience in different fields in human life. Technology goes with human behavior, to know a company or a group of people we can just enter in a webpage to get some information.

The theory that I will use is Humanism. It was developed by Abraham Maslow in and it was used to study a psychological perspective of human learning. This theory indicates that human learning is related to human values and the external stimulus that students receive. It is constituted in the self and in what the students can build through experience. Exposure to the environment and the stimuli that generate these results in children. Likewise, it emphasizes on fundamental factors such as the accompaniment and support by teachers and parents in the learning of children although the learning has to be completely autonomous. The main idea is that the understanding is significant when it is applicable to any space and circumstance of life and is not forgotten.

variable(s) academic performance and self-esteem, respectively because in the first case of variables, the time that parents invest in supporting their children in homework and reinforcing what is taught by teachers in the classroom directly influences their academic performance. In the municipality of Fusagasuga, there is currently a great problem due to the lack of accompaniment in which due to the work of the parents and the lack of communication, the students do not do the tasks or do not understand them or if they do them because they are forced to realize them but if there is no supervision they do badly. If parents do not ask and understanding is limited, performance will only go into decline. In the case of motivation influencing self-esteem, according to the problematic, It is related to the stimulus both in the classroom and at home to encourage students to do things and to build their learning making them know that they are capable of doing things and that only they with effort and autonomy can build their knowledge.
