The toilet seat grew 112 colonies and had by far the most bacteria. The stair rail had the second most bacteria with 22 colonies. The bottom of a shoe had the second least amount of bacteria with 5 colonies.

My reasoning behind my claim is that most people use the bathroom in one day. I also think that they have the most contact with the toilet seat.
